Cancellation & Refund Policy – YouGrow

At YouGrow, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition and on time. However, we understand that you may need to cancel or return an order under certain circumstances. Please read our policy carefully to understand how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@yougrow.co.in or via WhatsApp at +91 95872 42192, mentioning your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

If your cancellation request meets the conditions above, your refund (excluding payment gateway or transaction charges, if any) will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.

2. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only on the same day your order is delivered, and only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will initiate your refund within 7 to 14 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

Note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or opened packaging are not eligible for return or refund.

3. How to Request a Return

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 14 days of confirmation, please check with your bank or credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us at support@yougrow.co.in for assistance.
